To be fully transparent, we perform our services at a flat retained rate of 17% of the annual base salary of the new hire, with only twenty-five percent required at the start of your engagement, and the rest invoiced at the completion of the search.
It’s our standard to present the first slate of candidates within twenty-one days post-engagement, with the search typically completed within sixty-ninety days based on level, scope and location.
Additionally, we enthusiastically provide 6-months of professional coaching for your new hire (as part of their extended assimilation process), all included within our flat percentage fee structure. It’s our commitment to help ensure the success of your new organizational team member.
